Yes should have been a good idea but the ones from the donor were bend from the accident

Drill out all spotwelds from framerails and replace with used or new ones.at this stage worth the time as everything would line up

@@NonstandardNL the build I’m working on, BMW e81 with an N63 swap = BMW 150i 😝, I was going to use the firewall and gearbox tunnel from the donor car F01. Butt since I’m using the the e81 climat unit inside the car, I have to make the firewall from scratch🫣 so your plan of using everything from the donor car is a mutch better plan. You got all my support. Love it🤟

Persoonlijk zou ik zelf nieuwe originele M3 frame rails halen en die weer terugplaatsen. Je gaat nu al zover dat dat een logischere keuze is dan zelf frame rails te bouwen.

Is een idee alleen komen daar een heleboel aanpassingen bij die niet zomer passen in de motorruimte. Wie weet waar het project ons verder naar leidt. Eerst de bodem erin maken. Thanks 👊🏻
