@@growithanuj why we want to change grade system just take it out from theory and apply it on practical things...for example in schools and colleges ,problems should be given to student and who will get the best solution will get the marks , who will give the solution in least time will get good marks....if can't change it we should divert it... I think india should start quality online classes for engineering , doctors ,MBA etc (as indians are more focussed on degree ,this program will degrees also) They should be enrolled to programme on the basis of their grade or marks for example jee for engineering ( because if we remove grade system then there would saturation in certain fields ) Degree should be given to only those who can't afford though other can also study there but people living above certain standard should not be given degree(so that colleges don't get affected) Practical should be shown online + problem solving session + groups of such students on whatsapp and other platform One can study according to his/her ease this will improve their understanding of topic and it become easy for them to revise It will save alot of money for government which they use in giving scholarship programs, this money can use in R and D and other things Exam centers should be created and every student have to give exam once or twice in a year the projects that are given in colleges should be shown to them how student made them and share there experience.... I know it is not perfect plan but i think it is better then exsisting system because there are alot of colleges where stundent want to study but are not able to study..... .student can even attend all classes here and submit this attendance in there colleges without actually going to college and get degree from college

Hey, your plan was great. Have gone through each one of the line.. A suggestion I would like to be included in this plan is that the IITs/ NITs should allow other engineering students study and learn things by the means of on-line virtual classes. I'm a CSE student studying in an unknown engineering college. I dreamt to study the same in any NIT/IIT and tried my best but couldn't get a seat in Mains & Advanced. If this happens, I and many more other students like me can learn and know things in a better way.

Just giving my honest feedback: your book summaries videos are awesome but this content is just made from simple google search, that didn't took more than 2-3 hr and you haven't done any research on any of the topics.research is the most important part that is what it seems lacking from your last some videos.your last video on top skills to learn where you refered coursera/udemy courses lacked ground truth, only taking courses won't give you any job you will have to gain certain level of compentancy,that tooks years,(months if you really work hard).e.g learning programming wont give u any job unless you don't have grasp of the algorithms . I used to love ur videos ,and want to suggest you to please go deeper in the topics on which you are making videos, dont just google search ,do research.
