While I understand that Sterek wasn’t endgame and maybe was never really a thing they planned, I don’t think I’ll ever get over how they simply tossed aside the bicurious Stiles thing. Dylan and Tyler had loads of fun playing on that, it seems, and are very comfortable with each other... so even if would Sterek never even get a kiss, the least we deserved was a goodbye or stg. Stydia never made sense once you saw STEREK’s chemistry. It’s puppy love versus I would kill for you love! And I am still reading the fanfics even after all this time 😭😭😭 (with the occasional Steter and them all as OT3 lol. I can’t even read a Stydia fic…I nope on past it still lol. Don’t even get me started on Malia which was the worst mistake ever…so grody). Anyway….this is one of the best videos out there of this genre. Xoxos

I actually appreciate Malia/Stiles and think it would have been a great bridge aka stepping stone relationship for Stiles to realize that he was in love with Derek. The way I see it, Malia and Derek have a lot in common including their intense loyalty to their friends and family, their attitudes, their well-intentioned actions, their sarcasm/bluntness, etc. I thought the writers were gonna use that and basically say that all those reasons why Stiles was so attracted to Malia was because she held a lot of the same characteristics as Derek and use that as a way to sort put them together.

No, the actors, at least as far as I know shipped the hell out of Sterek. Also, around season 5 & 6, Tyler Hoechlin (Derek) was also playing Superman on the CW so Derek wasn’t as involved with Teen Wolf as he was in the first 4 seasons. As for the bisexual thing, I would chalk that up to MTV higher ups not giving the writers freedom to let Stiles be a “Bicon”.
