Very valid point, to make it a criminal offense, like PMLA,these laws are in force in USA under SEC, a very strict law enforcement agency, where all the money is confiscated, plus heavy fine plus long Jail term,hence no such thing occur at their Stock Exchanges👍

निष्कर्ष यही निकलता है जनता तो बहुत सी जगह समझती है की देश के दुश्मनों ने साजिश की है लेकिन अपराधी तक एजेंसी पहुंच नही पाती है यदि पहुंच गई तो तारीख पर तारीख का सिलसला देखने को मिलता है या जमानत, जमानत का खेल देखने को मिलता है अपराधी जेल तक नहीं पहुंच पाते और जनता भी धीरे धीरे भूल जाती है कानून की सख्ती देखने को नहीं मिलती।

Vijay Ji, excellent analysis. I do agree on the need to regulate such events for the protection of investors. However would also like to point that while US SEC is such a powerful agency, they also don't have rights to file criminal cases. They work with Department of Justice to do the same. SEBI should work with ED and/or CBI in close collaboration for filing criminal charges against executives.
