The mother of the child should be held accountable for a lot of this. No matter what happens in a relationship, never ever use your child as a weapon. This poor man died trying to see his daughter 😢 I hope you all get the justice you deserve and RIP to your son/friend ❤ xxx

My parent’s divorce battle in the 90s ripped apart our family, I seen the small scale corruption of what lawyers/courts/social work & police in Scotland do to families and specifically fathers. My dad was taken to the cleaners and I think it actually made him lose his mind. These people don’t care about the family, they care about money and squeezing what they can from a bitter divorce! I guess that’s made me worldly wise to never trusting authority and I guess that’s why i’ve seen through the BS of the last few years on a global corruption scale.

Another great podcast. Watching this I was shocked of the level of corruption by some of the police in Kilmarnock and incompetence by lawers. I hope Darren can get the just he deserves and that this story helps others. It's obvious from watching this that things need to change. Let's all share this and any other links any way we can and use the #JusticeForDarren

I know Jackie, Darren's mum, we grew up in the same village. My heart breaks for her and the whole family 💔 My son passed in 2021 and was in hospital loads the last 2 years of his life, and we used to see Jackie a lot as she worked there. She always asked about Kris and we had many a chat as she obviously had empathy for my situ because she had a boy of her own 💔 I can't believe she's had to go through all this and her poor boy no longer here because of all this. I saw Darren's story on FB and didn't realise this was Jackie's son 😢 absolutely heartbreaking what they've done to that young man, his Mum, daughter, family and friend's. It's horrific the power these people have 🤬🤬 I hope they rot in hell! #justicefordarren RIP Darren 💔😢

Heart breaking , mothers playing god with their kids lives over pettiness! I've got 4 children myself , have always saw my two older boys never had any issues ever getting to see them. My eldest daughter who will be 8 this year I haven't saw since the age of 1 all because I met my current partner who I'm still currently with and now have another daughter. Not a day goes by I don't think about my daughter , have been in some dark places but I have been lucky enough to have my other children in my life to keep me going. Love sent to Darren's family xx

I have been with my partner for 10 years, we got together a year after he has split from his abusive partner and all he did was see corrupt solicitors go to court where she made up lie after lie, the stress he was under was unbearable so much so he had a massive stroke at the age of 36, it was at that point with a really heavy heart he had to stop fighting or he could end up dead, Darrens story sounds eerily familiar to my partners. If my partner had died from that stroke I would have blamed her and the system I already have so much anger that he had the stroke let alone if he had died. These women who keep their babies away from good men just to be spiteful and controlling disgust me and the sad thing about it all it affects the kids more, they are only damaging their kids just to be bitter and spiteful. My partner has seen them twice in 10 years and both times when they have seen him have ran to him screaming Daddy and the pure joy I see in all their faces especially my partners brings tears to my eyes. We just have to hold out hope that they come to him when they are old enough too and hope she hasn't poisoned their wee hearts too much. That interview really touched me and i feel so sorry for everyone involved and I hope they can take this all the way, these baxxxxd corrupt cxxts need to be taken down one by one, good luck

This is so sad it’s shocking how badly the system has behaved. Hopefully this brings change to the system all over the police, lawyers, social services the lot. Plus fathers and grandparents need too have more parental rights. My sons ex registered his son during Covid without my sons name on birth certificate. She’s withheld child from our family 😢

Where can I find the original stories guys? I've watched this and don't really have any idea what I've watched. If you can point me in the direction of the original videos that explain the back story I'll get bang on it. I lived in manilla, people got spiked all the time in clubs and bars, very common. You can also get people killed for $100, life is worthless in the Philippines. I hated it, I hope the family can get some closure. Philipino police won't do anything unless you pay them, it's the same in most third world asian countries, police don't care unless you keep paying them to actually do their job. If his GF has a contact in the police, the police will back her up and help her over a foreigner all day long, they always look after their own, sadly. Here's a top tip that might help the family; the philipines is absolutely jam packed with Freemasons, if the family knows any Freemasons in their local area, they may be able to approach them and ask if they have connections in the lodges in the philipines which are full of police and lawyers etc, that'd be your best bet for genuine help.

@@helensimpson65 I’m confused that if this happened in kilmarnock like you mentioned, why was his body embalmed in Manila and sent home from the philipines? That’s the bit that’s confusing me. It said in this podcast he was in a nightclub in Manila and got spiked and was then found dead in his Manila apartment.

This breaks my heart, all he wanted was to see his wee girl. Then their's me who does everything to get my daughters dad to see her, took hidings and still allowed contact mainly because like kara loved her daddy mt daughter loved hers! Eventually i got a lawyer (none the same of Darren & i gave darren the details of mine) and asked for advice and btw THEY filled my legal aid forms in (not me like darren had to & "done it wrong") the full story hurts because hes one of many dads who jump through hoops to see their kid and theirs ones like my kids dad who dgaf! Hope your at peace Darren & hope your beautiful mum gets the justice you deserve ma pal💙 always thinking of you💙 #JUSTICEFORDARREN

Darren blew the whistle on corruption in the legal system. Lawyers and police made his life a living hell. He died while making a documentary explaining his story and exposing the lawyers involved. His family is continuing his fight for justice but is receiving legal advice on how to share his story without suffering the same harassment and bullying tactics that Darren endured. They need to be careful with what they say to avoid being silenced the way Darren was. #JusticeforDarren

Saint Peter was arrested and persecuted too, apparently. Darrens case reminds me of Levi Davis, different circumstances but both made allegations against the police and "powerful" people, in Darren's case, a judge.
