The first plant you showed will self seed all over your garden ! I bought a tiny one 5 years ago and now have 3 massive plants ! You will find it growing beside other flowers in pots you can identify it easily because of the velvety leaves. I just move Any seedlings into a big pot together but you can of course just get rid. happy planting x

Joe..regarding the amazing toilet for your new home. New Home equals money pit. Always. Here is what you do. Every time you get an idea about what you want for your new home..write it down and file it. After six months review it all and pick one item you must have and get it. Close the file and revisit again in six months. At least you are recording everything that you must have so that's good and every six months pick one then close the file while adding more items.
