I can confirm Suzanne's claims of being connected naturally without meditation. It's happened to me since childhood and I still have the same connection without meditation (Suzanne and I dont have that chaotic monkey brain), communications can come at anytime while washing dishes, showering or even watching tv (in which I call conscious meditation or waking meditation). For the sheeple who has still yet to be awakened, Alex has brought light, love and truth to the heavily tarnished word "Hollywood"

I've had probably more than I know, but that were visible were 2 encounters with Angel's. 1 was during an accident in a vehicle the Angel saved me and my coworker, no name but it made itself visible in shadow form and had wings. Encounter number 2 was in the dream state it was the archangel Ariel she gave me her name and in the dream I was introduced to my soulmate and also a glimpse of my bright future which I am currently living now. This dream was 4 years ago. 😊 (I never called out to these Angels they came to me on their own)

I love that you've been talking about the spiritual ego, because I was very hurt by great spiritually advanced people who were egotistical. Before this, many of the talks were about the transition from religion to spirituality, how religion has been a disservice to humanity, and how great spirituality is. So I love the shift.
