this is probably the biggest upset in foos history. a true david vs goliath of foosball , the 2 GOATS of foos vs. moya and garret , with moya playing forward !t , they lost this match but come back and double dip. huge win

I still remember the first time I saw Moya Tielens. It was Worlds in '95 or '96, I believe. This was my first introduction to big sanctioned tournaments. Before that I simply played local bar tournaments. And I had never seen female players before. So when I first laid eyes on her, my very initial thought was...."Wow.....that girl is pretty damn hot." Eventually I was able to take my eyes off of her and actually watch her play. She was playing forward, she made a pretty good pass. She sets up her pull.....And then slams in a dead bar shot. My jaw hit the floor. I was stunned. I was a die hard fan of hers ever since. When I heard about her passing, I was shocked. It was very depressing news.
