I'm most interested in the Ambush listbuilding stuff. I'm looking to start a small force for my kid, and Ambush sounds exactly like what we need to be playing, but without knowing how the unlock structure actually works, it's hard for me to put something together for him within the rules.

Thanks for sharing Host Shadowbeast wording. We actually are at debate in our group now. Is it possible for, say, an abyssal Seductres to charge into engagement on move phase, then cast HoS on Self in shoot phase and thrash a daylight out of its target in melee. Point is - she didn't get an At the Double order that prohibits shooting, and HoS may be cast on Self while engaged. Also what if her charge move took her about double her movement distance?

Awesome. I’m looking forward to this. I was holding out for a fourth edition book “and this sounds a lot like a straight up fourth edition”, but this is what I’ll bite on. Segie! biggest questions is how do you put regiemnts or hordes on walls physically. Generally most model castles out there are 1-2 models deep.
