Yes, you absolutely miss out on a ton of dialogue if you ride too fast with your companions during missions. Even when the game/characters give you a sense of urgency, you're better off taking it slooowww if you want to catch it all. In the very beginning of your journal you can see a list of the gang's savings from every big job you've done, including the profits from the railroad bonds. There's a setting you can change to reel fish with a button instead of spinning the stick. Makes fishing a lot easier if you're so inclined. Anything in your satchel will never rot. You can carry those fish through the whole game and they'll be as fresh as when you caught them.

Regarding Charles' comments at the start, he always says the same thing. But it's still early in the game, so Arthur's redemption arc hasn't really started yet. And Molly's poem is about Dutch and her. She's completely in love with him, while he is quickly loosing interest. And she came all the way from Ireland just to meet him, so it's a really tough situation for her. Oh, and according to RDR canon, Jack is John's biological son, it's just that John is (at this point in the story) a complete deadbeat dad and tries to avoid stepping up at all cost. And Sadie is officially in the gang now! She's great, although she has some issues of her own to deal with. Great episode, Shay. 🤠 P.S. I love fish, I could have fish every day. Ditto for cherry pies. OK, that's enough of my culinary ramblings. 😀
