I managed to get a running routine integrated into my life for the first time.. ever? For me it was a process of managing focus, which I think is a pretty common mars thing. Be proactive less ye be reactive (said in a pirate voice). So for me I would run in the morning, I wouldn’t bother with headphones or anything that could slow me down or let my brain go into mental math, just go. I’d run as far as I felt like (not far at first) and walk home. I was really conscious to pay a lot of attention to what felt good about it (woosy runners high, relaxed during the day, proud) and to dismiss the fleeting moments that didn’t feel good (tired, breathing hard, whatever). I now run not because I’m tracking it or have a goal, I just do it every morning before my brain has a chance to over think it. It’s been a couple months and I can finally run without my chest beating too hard or running out of breath, my legs get tired before that now. I have these break through days where I just keep going and get further than I have before. I feel so so so much better and there’s been tuns of other benifits as well. I don’t have all that resistance to going, in the morning I just say “alright time to go, self” and my brain says “ok better get my shoes on”.

Yes to the mom and dad drama. I’ve been waking up to the reality of growing up with a covert narcissist father since Venus opposed Neptune last week. As a Libra rising, Saturn in my 6th has been helping me resolve long term health issues and surfaced the extreme stress I’ve had most of my life because of my father. So grateful for the clarity!

Dang. I really appreciate this framework. I *just* experienced my second pass of three in the midlife Neptune square, so all these Neptune hits have been more discernible-thanks, Virgo-than usual. Two lessons: 1. I am figuring out when it’s appropriate to apologize (rather than over-apologizing), and I’m finding it challenging to have mercy for myself in those moments. 2. I’ve got natal Neptune in the 5th in Sag, and I am also noting that I’ve developed unhealthy ways of hiding my light in a bushel (8th house transiting Neptune). A mentor recently said, “Don’t apologize for yourself. Whitman didn’t apologize.” It really helped me get back in touch with some of the bravery writing requires. Anyway! Thanks, Neptune activations! I’ve plunged into a new era of long distance elder care. My parents are the same age and starting to deteriorate in completely different ways yet concurrently. Boatloads of family drama. I’m doing my best but am so wired/tired. I hired a medical advance who’s a dear friend while Mars was in Gemini (11H) just in time to start learning to take my hands off the wheel and learn to accept and grieve what never will be as Mars enters Cancer (12H).

Keep it long distance, if you possibly can. Protect your well-being and health. Don't be a Capricorn with a Virgo Ascendant, having been there, done that for much of my life. Care taking, even in person, is imperfect. Protect your boundaries, and your job. Best wishes.

As an Aries Rising with a 10th house Sun, plus natal Saturn and Jupiter in Libra... This might as well have been a personal reading... Every word resonates with me... As a student of astrology (year one alumni 😁), I'm learning that sometimes part of the process is putting away all of the intellectual information, the books, charts, lectures, etc. so that there is room for the experience of the transits... I thought I was taking a break from studies only to find that the astrology is not taking a break from me... I see it, hear it, feel it every single day, even when I'm not looking for it. The New moon was exactly conjunct my natal Saturn. Transit Saturn in my third. I had been waiting for a mental health appointment for weeks and the woman I spoke to was a complete block to what I was needing and wanting. I ended up feeling worse. It was like a brick wall between where I was and where I wanted to be within myself mentally.

...there is one more thing, when Mercury leaves Leo, there will be no planets in the fire signs, all the dynamics of the aspects will be between air-water-earth. Until Mars briefly enters Leo...if I'm not mistaken?

I’m trying to end my grandmother’s succession which has been open since 1989. We just sold the last piece of property in the last 2 weeks. I know there’s a karmic cycle in this bc of the awful things that my family has done over the years to one another bc of selfishness and greed. I’ve been praying a lot! I’ve had to continue to find forgiveness and walk between mercy and judgement.
