Ooof, that first level *actually* didn't deserve the boo. Based on the title and the creator comment... it was a parody level. The title translates to something like "Really/Truly 170 second speedrun" and the creator's comment translates to something like "The regular route is unreasonable!!!! (laughter)". The creator *intended* that you take the send it option. That's the risk of parody, though. It isn't always clear if it's a joke or real.

I finally accumulated 99 lives in my Expert Endless run. I personally find the levels to be easy, while collecting 99 lives is the absolute hardest task in the game. As long as I complete each level within 3 lives, it is very easy to maintain at least 90 lives.
