Good afternoon Dave, what a wonderful surprise and she is absolutely stunning, and yes what beautiful kind eyes she has.Thats a good vet you have and seems very caring.Between you and the vet she'll be sorted in no time.l was really surprised how cheap your vet bill was,our vets are extortionate.ls her name Jewel....didn't quite get it.All the very best dear friend and wishing you a healthy, happy 2023 till next time Joyce.

Good morning Joyce, she was a surprise to me too! I found her, talked to Jessica and secured her, jumped in truck and did a marathon trip to get her home. My vet is awesome and is so nice to take the time to educate me. Her name is Jule, same as you thought just spelled different. Have a beautiful weekend and Happy New Year!

Lovely mare. Did the vet examine her eyes? Since she only has strongyles, wonder why she chose Equimax or Zimecterin Gold?

Thank you CiCi I appreciate it! She looked at her eyes, she has just the beginning of some cataracts but nothing major. We wormed with Quest Plus and it knocked them out. Thx for watching! Dave

Very informative video. Looks like you have a very good vet taking care of your horse. I would of thought that the Amish would take better care of their horses. Are you thinking of getting a stud and raise Percherons. Thanks for another good video

I will be breeding but won’t have my own stallion, the mares go into heat every 18 days so he’d have to be kept separate all the time, he’d be going nuts trying to get to them. Best thing is just to go visit a stallion at breeding time or order frozen semen and have vet artificially inseminate

Wow, shes beautiful! ( New sub here) I've seen the problems with the feathers causing a fungus? Hydrogen peroxide helps kill anaerobic microbes. Its probably like toenail fungus from being wet.
