I think Ursula is underrated tbh. Her ability is so easy to trigger that it might as well just be a 4th action per turn.

The larger the group size, the weaker Ursula gets. She's nuts in duos for sure.

@@styfen You can say the same thing for many investigators. Rex Murphy's extra clue per turn is functionally the same. It's still basically just an extra action, as are a lot of abilities that are considered amazing without the same caveat of being worse with more players.

Absolutely love this! It's very fun to see a new player perspective. I also found it interesting that Erik stumbled into a way that Justin doesn't play Minh. Namely I think she is pretty great in 4 players and doing no stone unturned 5 to get her signature out ASAP to turn her into a support engine which is pretty incredible IMO.

List idea for Eric: Scariest/most confusing investigators. Preston with all 1s? Wendy because her "do something" stats are very low? Any mystic because how do they work decently?

Great video. I never thought about Ursula's ability being capped by larger numbers of clues. 90% of my play is two handed solo. You should do an overview by cycle of the investigators like this. .

I would love to hear the thinking on Sister Mary. I'm guessing the feeling of making the token bag less scary for the group follows the same thinking as Gloria Goldberg making the encounter deck less scary. It's too bad that the new player perspective will be harder to get, the more Eric plays. =D

Sister Mary is insanely strong when you get some XP into her. The strongest fighter I've ever played was a Holy Spear + Enchant Weapon + Nephthys + Favor of the Sun deck. But I can see that her power goes down in 3+ player games just because it gets harder to keep bless tokens in play.

I'm guessing the one fighter you consider to be great is Mark Harrigan, because he can do things other than fight if need be? Also, can confirm, Stella is insane, even with Neither Rain Nor Snow house-tabooed to only 1 wild icon.

For me personally, it's Tony Morgan. His action output for combat is really high, so his efficiency is very high.
