Hi Lucie, I see a passion fruit vine behind you with dark luscious green leaves. If you eat rice, pasta, string hoppers, noodles, or even boiled yams or potatoes you can make a sambol with those leaves. Wash, chop them fine or put in food processor, add freshly grated coconut, finely chopped onions, and if you like heat chopped fresh hot peppers or dry red pepper flakes. Salt and lemon or lime juice to taste. Instead of “pol sambol” this is more nutritional. Also you can break or cut them into small pieces and add to salads ( instead of kale or collard) as they do in the West

Hi Lucie, I've been a follower of your videos since the COVID era, and I continue to enjoy them to this day. I have a suggestion regarding your setup: relocating the water tap from in front of your gate to closer to the wall might be a good idea. I noticed that during one of your videos, a truck had difficulty entering the compound due to the tap's placement. Just a thought to make things smoother!
