One really important correction. Reactions don't end the Active players activation. 6.4.3 says "Once the Reaction side completes Formation Reaction by spending the just determined number of APs, the Initiative side resumes the current Formation Activation with the previously selected formation. The formation must select and begin a new Action. It may expend any remaining Action Points, but each Movement Action undertaken could be subject to a new Formation Reaction attempt". Reactions just stop the unit that has activated from continuing its movement. Reaction can also take place when a unit attempts to leave a hex adjacent to an enemy unit (regardless of ZoCs).
