What would have been a perfect ending for the show was seeing Tom Clarkson become the head teacher and he himself stopped the merger! So not only does he save the school he loves, we also see him rise through the ranks through the series: from English teacher, to head of english, to deputy head and then finally to head teacher

the “”hot”” girl at the end looked about 35, this show is so over produced now its lost all the amazing elements of the show from the first few seasons. its meant to be raw and like a normal school, moving to scotland was hands down the worst creative decision in this shows history.

Agree with you 100%. Like if you compare clip from the first episode and this episode you'll think their two different shows. The whole reason people like this show was because it was real and raw. And most of the situations in Waterloo Road are problems in real run-down schools. Scotland ruined this show big time

It was done for Budgetary reasons, the show was already a BBC Scotland production but yeah it went to shit once they crossed the border. Too many unlikable characters including Lula, Shaznay (or Pound Shop Micheala as I call her), etc. Killing off Tom AND Grantly was the final straw.

The show lost it wen they killed Tom and grantley the two characters who stuck by Waterloo road over everything I would of like to of seen abit of a reunion tho like with Finn tariq josh and a few more from that Waterloo road class simila to the 2010 class but I think everyone should remember they made a show that probably made a few students in the earlier series relate a lot which is nice some of the teachers in Waterloo road are nothing like some of the teachers out there today and then some teachers are 100% accurate

Why did the teachers let students sit at the top of a build throwing balls down, then shrug it off? That wouldn't even happen if it was the older series at all lol. This show went from it being about the entire school to being just about the teachers tbh

I watched the first half of season 10 and thought this is pretty good, especially episode 10 I was like great there probably gonna develop more on Justin almost setting the school a light, but no episode 11 comes round he’s randomly been in anger management which was never mentioned before and suddenly 2 new students that no one really cares for are on the scene and front and centre of the storylines

Waterloo Road's time has passed unless they go Degrassi Next Generation on us and have the kids of this lot attend. Ackley Bridge on C4 fills the "Northern Failing School " hole for now. However the series lives on on iPlayer! And is up for the next year or so.

No wonder the last 10 episodes all got less than 1 million viewers. The new pupils introduced in the last 10 episodes were painfully uninteresting, and just poor copies of characters that had been around before. Kenzie was another “Pupil with bad attitude to cover up for a secret they’re dealing with”, Abdul, Bonnie, Carrie, Dale and Scott .... well what was the point in them. They should’ve just kept the old students and made different stories for them. Most of the pupils introduced Series 9-10 were dull. Lisa and Shaznay, “bad girls”, Gabriella was a poisonous disgusting character and Archie Wong... yawn. It wasn’t the same once Tom and Grantly died. Rant over.

Only thing I can suggest if you're still looking for it is to go onto BBC Iplayer and watch that part with subtitles they always say the song name In the subtitles, that's what I usually do when trying to find a song.

I don’t like series 11 and 12. I know the school in Greenock got knocked down after series 10 finished but I hope we get to see the Scotland series again maybe they moved to a new school in the area or they merged with havlock high after all or we get a spin-off series with Maggie running the guest house just really enjoyed Greenock series and hope it can return.
