I bought this gun from Germany and waited 3 months for it to arrive and it doesn't work well , the yarn doesn't cut well and it keeps jamming, I tried all techniques to sort it out but yet I can't figure out what's wrong . The scissors open and close well , but when it comes yarn doesn't cut so it keeps jamming qnd tangling in one place. I'm so disappointed about this . Is there any soultuions you can help me with .
