Yeah, I don't see the point of really prolonging this too much because of that. Pretty sure Dagger is going to be all over 25 when it comes out and will be working feverishly to be one of the first to pump out new content for it, which means this series will be dead.

Maybe check who owns the Piece of Land beside the Silagepit, and do 1 or 2 Contracts for them, so you can start expanding the Yard

i think you can keep the Apple trees as is, doing contracts wont get you far, i think its a Fair "Cheat" to have at this stage. it gives you a little buff to progress a little bit farther and i don think that is a bad idea considering Fs25 is around the corner, give yourself some slack dagg ^^

To keep it somewhat realistic and not crazy money, only put water in the orchard during apple harvest time months. So late summer and fall and then let it run all day and night and cash in during that time only.

When you said that there are a lot of trees on the map and it looks natural, I immediately thought "that's what the Polish countryside looks like". and I remembered that the map is located in Poland. Map creator did a great job

Pretty sure that combine does a load of different crops including corn. SealyP used it on american falls. Great series Mr. Dag! Keep it up.

You should buy Field 19 since you own the field right next to it, that'd allow you to combine them into one bigger field with a better yield without having to spread out to new locations away from each other. Just a suggestion!

According the apples... In real life, apple harvest is done in September and should be finished in October. So, if you only give water (all of it) in August and turn production on, you are only allowed to get apples in September and October. Calls for a little money management....

I think a bigger water tanker trailer would make it far too easy for apples, the smaller tank is a good balancing aspect.

A pallet of apples this size weighs around 30 kg, not including the pallet itself. 30 kg of apples is not equivalent to 1000 liters, it's closer to 25 liters.

You know whats funny about field 144 it was i think, where it was split by a forest. Well you can divide Lasowskis name into two parts: Las and Owski, Las in polish means forest. it was way funnier in my head

Hi daggerwin the new trailer is definitely the way to go marstons trailers are very good I remember them way back in the 90s most farmers had them on every farm back then I think your right about the amber beacon lights on the Massey Ferguson they where round I remember when I was 16 back in 2000 and I was fortunate enough to get 4 weeks work experience with peacock and Bennington’s Massey Ferguson tractor and garden mashinery dealership store and I worked alongside the agricultural mechanics there helping them and shadowing them doing engine gearbox clutch and splitting tractors combines and everything and attending breakdowns in the middle of harvest I worked on the 90s Massey Ferguson 8000 series the flagships of the time and very good tractors the sound of the engine was amazing and I do remember massey Ferguson having those rounded beacon lights fitted as standard from new on there for court brand new Maybe go for field 17 daggerwin it looks fairly big on the map it might be worth it plus it looks fairly close to your farm as well but yes getting some more fields know is the way to go and doing lots of contract jobs might help you get a discount maybe your right there I recon I’m loving this new vintage survival series it’s really starting to take off know and it’s only episode 17

Daggerwin, there is a old claas harvester in the mod hub that has a wider working with than MF that you have right now, I don't quite remember how much it is but I know in total it holds 4500L which might be a small upgrade to the harvest you have

When you go to sell the apples set the difficulty to high then change it back after selling them which will reduce the price you get

New rule: You can't buy anything new until you pay off your current loan(s). You can only pay off a maximum of 10% of your loan an in game day (which is a month in game). When you buy something new, you have to buy it with a loan, other than maintenance items like fertilizer, seed, herbicide, diesel, and equipment repairs.

I find if you think something is to easy, increase the difficulty. I always play Farming Simulator on hard economic difficulty. Also, what was the name of the mod that gives a 5% discount per contract completed?

In real life, sunflowers are much taller than in the game. I have seen real fields of sunflowers. They are not that short. I wish I knew how to make those taller in the game.

Is it 5 percent per farmer or per foeld for the discount? I haven't worked with it, so I don't know. Because someone could work 10x in a small field to snag a 50 percent discount on a big field. That almost seems weird

i don't think you should do the apples every time you sleep it seems too easy and maybe put a time limit on the orchard say maybe 1 year then let it go, the struggle is what makes this sort of series great instead of alright, also a new water tanker should be low priority dont you think , love your content
