I’m not gonna lie, the more times I watch this show I realize how annoying Shizune is to me. Her over exaggerations and how she constantly critiques every move Taunade makes despite Tsunade being the Hokage is frustrating. I get that she’s her right hand person and sometimes she has valid points, but I find that most of the time she is out of her bounds. You’ll see much later in the show.

Probably a comfort thing, I'm assuming she has been with Tsunade for a long time so has that comfortability to let her know what she thinks regardless.
