For anyone looking for some kind of way to memorize the type matchups, i've found a way to describe it in some way close to medieval soldiers in case you envision ants as medieval soldiers. Aphids/Supports are like militia in the way that they lose to everything but other militia because they arent proper fighters but can assist other stronger forces in combat. Workers are like sword and shield soldiers, they can block incoming arrows and can beat gunners/archers but their shields dont last against soldiers in the toe to toe battlefields Soldiers, they are like two handed Axe troops, they cut through shields easy, but also cant protect from arrows and can be taken out easily by archers that they cant lock into melee. Gunners are essentially archers, and can hit anything without a shield easy. but those shielded workers can cut through them easy because they're worse at melee. Ubers like the giant beetles, take the shield and two handed axe of the melee classes and create a terrifying combo that cuts through infantry and still can survive archery. TLDR: heres a graph Warrior Support < /\ \/ < Ubers Gunner < Workers TLDR 2: heres a color graph of that Yellow Grey< /\ \/

Pheromones will override each other so try not to use more than one Pheromone at a time also 11:07 if you select the second option you get to do the remaining missions in that area but since you went with the first option you skipped 3-4 optional missions

Worker ants are not great fighters, better for gathering food or wood. The gunner ants should be in strategic high points to shoot down towards the battlefield. Warrior ants, beetles, etc are your ground forces. Your forces will survive longer if you use them towards their strengths
