Also- something that worked for me with eliminating DoorDash: Log out of the app and remove your login from auto-fill so it's an extra step where you have to think ab if its the right time to order! Eventually I deleted the app so it's a quick download from my cloud if I ever need it on super whim. It's tough, I get it!! I'm in the same boat with my mentals and repeating thoughts... It's nice to know I'm not alone!

I had my first baby in November so I'm excited about being a first time Mom & seeing him grow & learn throughout the year. My Husband & I are also about to close on our first house together as well so I'm very excited to stop renting and to move (even though I hate the whole moving process) and make our new house our home...I've never been able to paint the walls or change the light fixtures or cabinet knobs before so I'm super excited!

I love your content so much!! As a fat, queer person with similar interests (I love crafting and thrifting and Stardew valley) these always make me so happy to watch. With the KZbin goal - I don't know if this is at all helpful - but things I would personally like to see are shorter videos (like 15/20 mins long) on something like this is a vlog of a day in our life, this is a DIY project video, this is a video of us taking a day trip (I love the videos of you guys going somewhere like the cabin, I've watched them multiple times) or this is us thrifting, this is what it is like running a plus size clothes swap, or videos on you like doing some of the no-shop goals you mentioned would be cool like this is us recycling or this is how to wash your wash cloths so they aren't stinky, etc. For someone like me with ADHD I sometimes find the long videos a bit intimidating and I think if there were a some short(er) videos I'd watch them more regularly. But these are just my thoughts as a long time viewer and someone who's also worked in content creation. But I love your stuff so much, I feel like we need more queer joy and goofiness in the world, and I have my fingers crossed for you that you reach 100k followers on youtube!!!

I've started sewing! Mainly hand sewing, but machine as well. I'm making a crazy quilt so I can practice embroidery stitches. Also a little patchwork blanket for my friends toddler. And a prosperity chicken string. So far haha, I have many more projects I want to start. UNSOLICITED ADVICE FROM A SWALLOW PROFESSIONAL hey! i’m a speech therapist who does video barium swallows (x-ray swallowing videos) and the feeling of phlegm after thick beverages like a smoothie is pretty normal, and usually isn’t actually phlegm! most often people have this feeling as a result of acid reflux, or just wacky nerves from the cold! some people may develop a liiiittle bit of phlegm due to dairy, but it’s uncommon. try drinking some water, taking an antacid (and following up with gastroenterology or ENT), or doing dry swallows, the feeling should resolve with time :)
