Personally, i like the upbeat tempo.... Llef is so often sung like a dirge. Its a Hymn of hope after all :)

Thankyou. That was very much part of the thinking behind it. Personally I understand a preference for a slower tempo but we did very much enjoy taking it by the scruff of the neck and I thought it works well at a slightly faster pace, as you say, with a little more hope.
