YES....YES ANYONE CAN DO THAT....ANYONE WITH MINOR SKILLS AT LEAST....NOTHING WRONG WITH ABTRACT/NON OBJECTIVE ART AS A CATEGORY BUT MOST OF THESE ARE TRASH
