Keta risks being swallowed by the atlantic ocean and being wiped off Ghana's map. and the govt is not helping. Why don't rich Keta folks pull resources togethjer and reclaim land from the Keta lagoon? That lagoon is too big and should be shallower than the atlantic ocean so that it is 'easier' to reclaim land from it
