Lily, because of the transparency in the electoral system in Ghana, one would know they won or lost at the polling station before even the result are relayed to the electoral commission. With regards to the current one, the incumbent lost woefully. The difference in the popular votes were too much. So many incumbent MP ‘s who are ministers lost their seat. So, how are you not going to concede?The NPP have disgraced themselves. This election was free, fair, credible, transparent. There were pockets of violence which were unnecessary. Some were brought by because of looting. Some thieves try to used the opportunity to steal.

Get this clear if the opponent party(Npp) say what their leader accepted they won't understand, we Ghanaians will have the patience, then show them facts backing it with real numbers across polling stations (facts) which will eventually, lead to acceptance. That's how is done here.Yet still,if not accepted we just smile to each other,there fore we meet in court.(The electoral process in Ghana is taught to the citizens, so we Ghanaians caculate by ourselves so we know who wins immediately,the next day after the voting period.
