Zero satisfaction with the so called “RESORT” that barasinghe has been operating to scam money from people. 1. There’s no reception area at the resort. We had to wait 30 minutes outside the gate to check in . The staffs weren’t informed about our arrival even though we paid in advance for the booking. 2. The package included lunch-snacks-dinner-breakfast. But upon arrival , there was no lunch prepared. We went to the beer garden to eat lunch. The meal there was good. 3. The rooms were big and spacious but moldy. There was no slippers for the bathroom. And the room was smelly and moldy. The room and ambiance of the resort was the biggest letdown. 4. The swimming pool was dirty because apparently their cleaning robot wasn’t working. 5. The snacks was supposed to be served at 6pm but their stove wasn’t working. They served the snacks at 7:30. 6. We asked for vegetarian meal with roti because my father is diabetic and veg. But nothing was prepared as promised. Had to wait again for the roti to be served. 7. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 8am . But no one was there at the kitchen till 8z For breakfast, chana, white bread and egg was served. For this service, we paid 4000 rs per person. This is a scam ran by Barasinghe. The manager gave us 10% discount at last for this service from the total price. I went to the resort looking at Samay’s vlog on KZbin. Lesson learnt - never trust influencers . @tyson Moktan @neha Banu. Please be responsible and know what you are promoting.
