This wonderful music is from a wonderful operetta of Strauss and operetta is a favorite genre of music of academy's rector Nikolai Tsiskaridze ( former Bolshoi ballet star) so he most likely picked the music and staged the ballet.

Are they from vaganova? They're beautiful and skillful but somehow sloppier than the usual vaganova standards. That's strange to me. It's a nice performance though, feels like a class performance. Thanks for sharing!

it is pretty much a class performance! this is from the concert at the end of their ballet summer intensive. I think they are in fifth year.

I can't recognise everyone here but the few girls I saw tagged in this on Instagram were in fifth year, including the last girl doing the fouettes :)
