That was a nailbiting final. I mean with the way he played throughout the entire weekend, Gezzy deserves it more than anyone else. But u still have to produce the goods in the final and he didnt play the way he did throughout the rest of the weekend and in the penultimate leg from 148 when he hit 40 and DVD was on 36 i thought this is probably over, i was disappointed for Gezzy coz after playing that good for the whole event and to just fall short in the final would be so annoying. But in the end he showed amazing bottle to take out the 108 after DVD missed match darts and then the finish in the final leg as well so composed. Im so happy the crowds r behind him now and giving him love coz hes shown what he can do when the crowd support is there. I hope this carries on and well see even more superb darts from the Iceman. The match against MVG was the best of the weekend for me, just stunning darts like it always is when these two play each other.
