Hiya pal. Where is the full moon bar exactly? And where is the Chang bar? Are any of these bars at RCA on the top level? I have only been to the ground level bars at RCA,

Fullmoon bar on google maps: 8.03540717610139, 98.81877649493771 Chang bar is located in Center Point. RCA second floor on have 1 bar/restaurant...Black Moon Cafe'.

Ground level bar and chang bar is in the cinter point , not in the rca intertenement

I do not think the are any restriction in bars at street level, perhaps inside Center Point ?!
