That would be interesting, but I think that was just to leave it open. I really don’t think it needs anything more at this point. Maybe a Jones story could continue, but even at that I don’t know that I’m really interested …but I would still read it. lol

hi is this an all in one book? i have no clue if i need to get caught up with other books. i have only watched the old/newer movies, played the video games, and that sums up my TMNT knowledge.

The Last Ronin is fully collected in this book, at least for now, as Eastman has said he may revisit it sometime in the future. You can totally read this without any prior knowledge of the comics, maybe just knowing that Karai is Shredder's granddaughter. But that's about all you need to know, and even that isn't THAT important. You should be all good to grab this and read it!

WELCOME TO COMICS! Yes, you could read this totally separately from any other TMNT and you'll be totally fine as long as you have a base understanding of the main characters. This is the complete last ronin story (although they decided with the success that they're continuing the series but this is all self-contained and you can stop after it without going onto the next part if you want).

This book makes me wanting to read all of the ongoing series. I ordered the first part of the IDW collection. I realised the re not all available at the moment, but understand they get reprints? As they are chronological, can I read volume 3 without reading vol2 for example? Thanks for the video and all the love for comics/omni’s, turtles!!!

Yeah, they're USUALLY evergreen in that they get reprinted often. Though it seems like IDW may be phasing out the hardcovers as they're beginning to launch TPB editions that look exactly the same. They are chronological, so I would really read them out of order. I'd say try and hunt down volumes 1-3 and then read. I think those are the best part of the entire thing anyway, as they redo the origins but do it very well. Then continue on if you like it! Thanks for watching!

OH MAN. Sorry you got it spoiled by someone else! :( Yeah, this collects the whole thing, although they're now doing more, but at least the main story is now collected like this. We'll see if they do another collection for the next part of it ...it's TMNT, it's almost guaranteed they will!
