I am releasing a new Caesar3 speed run. Total time should be around 1h20. I'm trying very hard to do each map in less than 10 minutes, but this one turned out hard to optimise...
Why Nonviolent? Because despite me picking mostly military missions, you won't see many invaders dying... Sorry about that
Rules:
- Split missions: I am recording each mission separately
- Hard difficulty
- God effects on
- Goal: finish each map as fast as possible
- Any in game mechanics abuse is welcome !
In the future, I might do the following:
- Record the full speedrun in one go
- Do the missions I skipped

- Medium statues
- Small statues
- Governor house, villa or palace
- Any housing above grand insulae
- Hospitals
- Food imports
- Large temples

I also finished this map yesterday without any villas. It was really hard to achieve the required prosperity rating because of the tents in the industrial area, but you didn't make use of them so you could get the prosperity rating high enough without any abuse in this sense.

He makes very tricky build placement, bath house at 5:41 :)

It's an old tricked called "forced walkers": all buildings have both an "entrance" and an "exit" tile. By orienting the roads around buildings in very specific patterns, you can make walkers go just about anywhere.
