There's a feeling once you pug a Hero boss, or Mythic (if you ever managed to pug one properly) where you remain in the group for a while as if you team kinda become your brothers *kind of a 30 min friendship buff*, then everyone falls apart and never see each other again.

the last boss i pugged in mythic was gorefiend (a notoriously hard middle of the raid boss,for example classic andies like kungen were destroyed by it), the trick is pugging with the right people

as hc goes this was a pretty good endboss,complex enough wile not being overwelming,has a bit of everything,i was glad it wasnt a repeat of older raids where hc boss was harder than the first mythic ones by a LOT,i would still say its harder mecanicaly than the first 4 mythic bosses,but numbers wise it was easier

No one has ever said that. What happened is players had potato PCs from 04-2008. With 100-200ms internet. Ball mice. 30hz monitors. Now you cannot expect any player to down a boss like this with all that right? This is why classic and earlier expansions bosses were not mechanically challenging. No one would be able to complete it.

Just be a team player and listen to the raid leader bro. Knowing when to move with a debuff isnt going to "spoil" the fight for you. Going in blind to retail bosses now is not really a good idea, at the end of the day you might have time to wipe and ruin other peoples runs because it is your job to play this game but not everyone wants to or can spend ages on a boss because 1 guy refuses to do the bare minimum which is listen. This is such a like Vanilla mindset because the mechanics are so easy and require no coordination in which you can do that but on something like Ansurek with multiple phases, groups needing to be split etc just stop it
