THIS IS DEFINETLY WHY I LOVE BEING AND PALAUAN💚
@Me2Lancer Жыл бұрын
I would love to visit Koror, Palau again. During the July 4th weekend of 1964 my ship moored on the west side of Koror. We had a ship's party in the village and marched in formation before a cheering crowd. I was impressed by the BAI structures with symbols representing the past on the island. I have a carved storyboard from Koror.

any idea when this video was originally produced? maybe late 60's or early 70's
@JimGeselbracht5 жыл бұрын
At the end of the video it references PL 89-10, a law (granting money to make the film) passed in 1965. So probably 1965 or 66.

He wants to know all there is to know about palau an would like to learn his family's language as well. Please if you know anyone who knew dicran please reach out.

Did anyone get in touch with you? I don't know your late husband. Do you have a Palauan family name? That would make it easier for the relatives to get in touch. Just a thought.
