It can be SO hard breaking through those barriers that others have set up around you and trying to make sure that those barriers don't define you any more...and some days are better than others (especially when a lot of that is connected to past abuse and bullying and people not being able to understand/handle your neurodiversity, and the psychological issues that growing up poor can cause)! I really enjoyed hearing you talk about your favorite quote and how you overcame the influence of history and labels. I can relate having grown up with a deeply depressed family member. So much frustration at their seeming inability to grow. It’s a good reminder to me to keep looking forward with wild imagination and hope. I need to read that book now!

Hey Seri! I'm not quite done with the video yet, but as I'm listening to you talk I find myself tearing up a bit! Right now I'm trying to break away from people that I love that are holding me down and it's very hard. Hearing you talk about your experiences has made me feel so...recognized? Maybe relieved. It is so amazing to hear that someone else has done what I'm trying to do now and succeeded and has come out of it successful overall. I needed to hear that I can move out of this, from someone who has and continues to do it while also recognizing every day struggles. Sorry if this is a little weirdly worded, but thank you for being honest. Thank you for sharing what you've been through and what you are going through now. It gives me hope for myself. Really thank you. I hope you see this, and if not I hope whoever does knows they aren't alone either and there is so much hope for all of us.

I love your Seri rambles, you don't ever have to apologize for them, every time I get to listen to one of them it always makes me want to get my life together and start reading a lot more, I barely read at all right now and I have been writing a Marvel fanfic and I have always wanted to write a book but there are so many different paths I can take with a single story that when I try to take the journey I just overwhelmed and just go back home, you are and always will be one of my favorite youtubers, I love to sit at my desk and listen to you talk while playing a mindless game on steam. :) oh geez now I'm rambling! :D

Hey Seri, I know you love dragons and I know of a series that I love called Wings of Fire. It’s an amazing series and I love it. In a way it’s kind of like Warrior Cats but also very different. I highly recommend you check it out. My favorite quote is from Warriors Tallstar’s Revenge. It is “We all have our flaws, but we overcome them, and sometimes, it’s our flaws that make us who we are.”
