Short Story - A Peacock and A Rabbit
Once upon a time, in a beautiful forest, there lived a peacock and a rabbit. One day, a rabbit saw a peacock in the forest. Rabbit asked peacock, let's become friends? But Peacock proudly said "I am the most beautiful creature with gorgeous feathers. Why should i need a ugly friend like you. rabbit replied, "But you can't run as fast as me"
One day, a hunter entered the forest with his gun. The rabbit quickly hopped away to safety, but the peacock's beautiful feathers betrayed him. The hunter shot the feathers and took it away.
Peacock realized its fault that beauty can sometimes be a curse. They both became friends and lived happily in the forest.
