My sons were 5, 7 and my daughter was 9 in 1995 when I got them the Star Wars original trilogy on VHS for us to watch together in an all-nighter marathon, their favourite was Return Of The Jedi because of the Ewoks so I went out and found the 1984 and '85 Ewok movies Caravan Of Courage and The Battle For Endor, they loved them, I didn't. Then I made them watch The Star Wars Holiday Special because we didn't have a lot of Star Wars to choose from prior to the 21st Century.

Yes, Shane...IT'S TOTALLY WIZARD. It's also astral. Great to see you watch this with your Daughter. I agree, Shane...I am loving this, as well. So, now We have a collection of unknown, hidden, secret planets in The SWU: Tanalorr, the yet-to-be-named Paradise/Inferno planet that is ruled by The Force (both The Light and The Dark Sides), first discovered during The High Republic, Peridea (new planet in a new galaxy from Ahsoka), and At-Attin (AT-AT-inspired, no doubt). I have a strong feeling that At-Attin intentionally "disappeared" from the known galaxy, around 230 or 229 BBY, due to the disasters created from the war between The Republic and Marchion Ro and The Nihil. I wish I could've seen this in a movie theater setting. The Gen-Xer in me TOTALLY gets all of the 1980s tropes and references. I wasn't sure about The SW Holiday Special clip, though. I saw that originally in 1978, aged 4. It's a bit of a blur...though I've watched some of it on KZbin over the years. I'm looking forward to seeing these 4 kids in the rest of The Mandoverse, esp. the upcoming theatrical releases in 2026 and 2028, respectively. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU.

Loved this reaction, perfect duo for this show! Brings back so many fond memories of watching stuff with my dad when I was younger. Star Wars prequels being my favourite childhood memory. Yes, I watched the prequels first, I was 12 when Phantom Menace came out. That was my first introduction to the Star Wars world. I'm always a little scared of saying/ typing that. Like, I'm sorry I was 12, and I watched the Prequels first. 😆💙

This show is perfect for kids but for me I'm almost falling asleep but... I'm kinda glad that they made something like this because back in the day we had the holiday special, the ewoks show, caravan of courage. I'm just sad that I'm too old to appreciate these types of things now. So it's not for me. I still want to finish it but I was expecting a little bit more of episode 1.
