Death Aiden, what is the best thing to do to eradicate 10 lychguard + 2 cryptothrall + technomancer + lord within king aura (same aura than Morty) ?

Hmm that's a really tough one. That's an instance where I'd honestly consider trying to play around that brick rather than engaging it head on. Failing that though your best bet is to either put morty into them to keep them busy all game. And try and epic challenege the characters swing for the Lord first and make him save one at a time. If you kill the Lord assign the rest of the attacks to the cryptek. If you get lucky you can kill both in a go and he can't use his strat to ressurect both. Then next combat phase do the same and rekill the second. Only once those are dead would I commit to trying to kill the block.

I'm not sure that I understand how Mortarion is ignoring half damage rule of C'tan. C'tan rule states that it halves Damage characteristic of an attack, not a unit performing this attack. Also, what is OTK?

On UKTC and WTC ruling which is the majority of Europe and the UK mortys ruling ignores all modifiers even those of the c'tan. Honestly it's a vague rule GW really need to FAQ but they simply refuse too. OTK means one turn kill the ability to kill a unit in a single turn/activation
