Never follow such a routine on periods because: 1.Even bathing is prohibited during periods according to aurveda but in today's world when it is difficult to not bath then please try not to wash your head during periods 2. Eating junk food during periods is very big mistake don't do this 3. Proper sleep is also a must during periods Thank you ❤
