This is AWESOME to see all the internal support metal in these cars. Love to hear you explain your thought process on how to fix this stuff, every time I saw those A pillars I kept thinking about Mr Incredible squeezing his car roof when he slipped on a skateboard...

Travis, since I started doing body work & panel replacement on my 31 Coupe, I've realized how bad these cars were put together. I've also realized how good YOU are in making these cars nice!!

A 5 in 1 paint tool (scraper) makes a super spot weld cutter/panel separater. You can separate the panels and locate the spot welds, and then drill them or break them and drill them out after. Works great on lighter gauge metal.

Make a heavy paper pattern of the windshield opening then fold it in half to see if side to side is the same 🙂

Make a pattern of the windshield with cardboard or paper. And fold it over on itself and that will tell you if it is symmetrical.
