Amicia literally lost everyone; Her dog, Her Father, Her Mother and Her Brother as well as many others along the way. Out of everyone only a handful of people are still alive; Amicia, Lucas, Sophia and presumably Melie.

@@duaayub1460the second game is abt Amicia trying to help Hugo find a cure, by the end of the game Hugo comes to terms with either his inevitable death or the world suffers, amicia can’t bring herself to this so Hugo shows her the truth, asking her to kill him to essentially save the world, either she brings herself to do it or Lucas has to, it’s really emotional seeing their final words compared to their first words

@@jammiedonut6934 and the saddest thing that triggered Hugo to finally succumb to Macula when he saw Amicia got shot with an arrow thinking she died (but then being saved by Arnaud). Also, they already accepted the painful truth and planned to live in the mountains peacefully and quietly but the damn cult just had to kill their mother 😭

oh man this games story was really something else right, I kept thinking, how or when are they going to save/cure hugo, but every time when i thought this could be a nice ending i got punshed so hard in the feels. And when i actually got to the ending with amicia and hugo I just couldn`t stop crying and thinking, why do I hate and love this game at the same time and why did they had to do such a horrible ending. Its really heartbreaking.

ohhhhh this edit is great, I didn't bond as much with these characters as in some games but really this edit presented this story in a touching way, I like in part 2 that we see how kAmicia stops being a child, how desperate she is and how she starts hating enemies and wants revenge on those who hurt her.
