I can finally drift into a sleep without much difficulty or intervention unlike before when the unbearable uncommunicatable abstract thoughts or voices-as it has always shift and would drive me to different situations/scenarios based on the solely purpose of the lyrics/songs. It won't stay for too long if I re-listen to it over and over but thank you.
