The best compliment I've ever gotten was at my favorite swimming place, Hunter Springs FL. I have this pink monofin mermaid tail that I use to practice swimming in. Since spring water doesn't hurt my eyes, I usually swim without goggles, and I hope to give off a more mermaid-y vibe. Well, I came ashore to rest (bc swimming in a fin like that is hard), and this girl came up to me and told me I looked like a mermaid, even without my fin on. Bro it made me so happy, and now I'm searching to get a job as a professional mermaid for parties and special events

The sea is calling me everytime I go to the beach. I don't know how to explain it but I feel like the Sea is my "home", I always want to go further and further, deeper and deeper as if someones calling me there. I always feel sad when it is time to leave the beach, something is keeping me from leaving like a voice in the bottom of my heart who says " Don't go, stay". I know, I may sounds weird but this is how I feel.

@@sisilafamillesisi5383 Don't worry, I feel the same way. I've been landlocked for most of my life and the last time I went to the sea was several years ago. She has watched them for about 3 days now. The men on the ship. Or rather, one man. He seemed a bit younger than the others, but still handsome all the same. Sometimes at night, he would lean against the railing and stare out at sea, she liked to think that he was looking at her. “Soon..." She thought to herself as she continued to follow the ship, “Ill sing to him, and he'll be mine..."

I love the ocean so much. I get why people find it scary, it makes sense actually, but something about the water is so alluring. For me, it's an ethereal experience to look out at the ocean and not be able to see any land, it makes me realize how big the world is and it makes me feel better knowing that what I do really won't matter, nothing I do could physically affect a world of this size. It's honestly so relieving knowing that you alone won't make a difference.

Stretching her arms out in front of her, she slowly sank lower and lower. The turquoise thickness pressed on his chest. Her lungs burned and constricted. Her hair covered her face. The body was covered with cold. Defenseless. Helpless. The last bubbles of air escaped from her lips. And there was silence. Scary, depressing for anyone, but not for her. Dead. Frozen. Drowned. She was floating in the water space. And suddenly the whitish eyelashes and eyelids, which for a moment had ceased to be heavy, twitched, revealing a gleaming white iris. A melodious high timbre touched her ears, singing an incredibly beautiful song in a language unknown to her. The body was filled with an unusual warmth. The silence ceased to oppress, the water column ceased to press. The environment has become more benign. Several sparks flew out of the body in different directions, seeming to illuminate the entire underwater world with their radiance. This is how stars are usually born. She is also a kind of star, but from the sea world. Feeling light, blinded by her own radiance, she whirled around herself like a little kitten chasing a tail. Meanwhile, the voice became louder and the words clearer. She seemed to have learned a new language in just a moment. Now the meaning filled every cell of the being. A pleasant tone caressed the auricles and warmed the skin around them. But suddenly pulled down. The lower part of the body became heavier and clumsier. His legs were bound by invisible metal chains. She flew down, covering her eyes with her hands. She was scared. But what? She's dead after all. Or not? A millimeter away from falling into a solid thicket of coral, she froze. At the waist I felt the touch of thin long fingers. She was caught. Afraid to open her eyes, she froze like a stone statue. And the voice again. - Open it. - it whispered. At the behest of her heart, or because the tone sounded like an order, she opened one eye, then the other. Over her face hung another, indescribably beautiful, feminine, snow-white with bright lilac irises of the eyes. The stranger looked like a sculpture, but as soon as she spoke, a shiver ran from her shoulders to her hands. - Are you going to look at this for a long time? - no, it wasn't said with anger or in a commanding tone. The voice itself seemed unusually sounding, unreal, fabulous. - I'm sorry. she muttered something in confusion and flew straight to the coral, which looked like an earth chair. The stranger's hands were no longer tied. Now they were on a thin waist, below which the tail grew. A tiny needle of awareness pricked into the chest area. Lowering her frightened gaze to her own knees, she gasped for breath. There are none. No hips, no feet, no fingers. Not one out of ten. Only light scales, shimmering with all the colors of the rainbow from the rays of the sun passing through the water. Fixated on this glow, I completely missed the question that the stranger asked. She pulled away as soon as she received a light slap with a hand that at first glance was unsuitable for such a case. But it only seemed so. Rubbing the back of her itchy head, she turned her gaze to her savior. - You... and me? Me too? She just nodded silently, crossing her arms over her chest in a closed pose and arching her white eyebrows. - Am I dead? Yes? - You're very talkative for a dead woman. - relaxing a little, she pulled a fin of a darker shade and sank down next to her on the same coral. - I prefer to think that this is a rebirth. Life after life. A new round. - she calmly replied in the same incredibly high and melodious voice.
