There was a Malvinas monument to pay homage to fallen soldiers from that province. Mendoza is one the prettiest and cleanest cities of Argentina

The graffiti , unfortunately, detracts from the buildings and monuments. They should institute some new laws to mitigate the problem.

I agree. I think you don't see so much in Buenos Aires because there are policia on every corner.
