This is our patient, who has been suffering from thoracic, lower back, and sciatica pain at the age of 33 for the last 8 years. The patient is a police officer by profession. The patient likes reading, because he sits for a long time reading at home. In that pain, he carried heavy weights, ran, even got jerk, and went to the gym, which caused pain in the patient's body. When he got a desk job, he started working for 3 to 4 hours continuously in set positions. His left leg started paining with discomfort and numbness. Then he used to stand or straighten his left leg.
