2:10 is the only spike jump in the entire video. If you have to hold climb it's not a spike jump, you're just interacting with the wall. Most of these are 5-jumps.

Good video! at 4:00 you can make it to the top right platform without neutral jumping. You need to be quick and basically instant jump from every wall and also the spike jumps. I did chap 1 dashless yesterday as well and it worked for me. Only later on I lerned what neutral jumping is so there was no way for me to do it before hand. Great video hope your doing fine in 2022 as well :d
