The drums potion was awesome, reminds me of some aphex twin but in a melodic controlled sense which is nice. 👏

0:24 - it intentionally embraces technological limitations that musicians haven't widely utilised. Yes they have, 20 years ago bands have utilised this sound manipulation for example Radiohead, Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Four Tet, Battles etc. Nice demo and cool channel!

New to this channel. I'm not a guitarist, so I really appreciate the way you review. I also love the visual work that you create to accompany the audio.

I didn't get this one before on gtr but now I do. Tres cool on drum loops, make me want to jam. I like Catalinbread's unusual option of running 9, 12, or 18 volts on a lot of their pedals for its effect on the headroom. Drone on.

It’s just fav thing to use it on :) ❤️

I wish it had some kind of built-in compression to keep the loud oscillation at a manageable volume levels.
@AnneSulikowski Жыл бұрын
It does start self oscillating - keeping the feed knob at lower levels prevents that for the most part :)
@Pandamasque Жыл бұрын
@@AnneSulikowski But sometimes I want the oscillation. For example to fill a pause between sections of a song (I use it for ambient guitar parts), I just don't want to deafen everyone.

Have you tried a compressor or limiter, such as the Keeley GC-2 Limiting Amplifier, directly after this pedal? That would likely work in this context.

WOW! Thank you for another awesome demo. Love the way this thing sounds, kinda reminds me of the Polarbear Young Hearts a little? But with more straight forward controls? SO GOOD!

I'd like to see a mk 2 with a pre-amp (or signal boost) and... I don't know... a LFO/pitch mod? Sounds so good on my mini pops clone.
