What an amazing work of art, and your interpretation of this story. I love it. What did you use as a source for Io? Her face is so amazing, the eyes just beautiful. We are past the worse of the scare and unknown of Covid (though it persists, and I am still very cautious) but it takes me back to those days of uncertainty, and I love how you used the feeling of vulnerability of those days to inspire this painting that brings forth a sense of power/agency and determination!
