Just a small suggestion, a piece of metal or wood underneath the piece you have clamped in the vice, will stop, or at least help it to keep dropping when you are hammering downwards on the piece. Fantastic work.

Get yourself a piece of metal same thickness as your using and run a couple of beads of weld on it with just changing your wire speed you should find that will help you on Penetration I'm sure. Awesome job bud you have taken on a lot.. Stay safe.. Gazza

Old tip for protecting the inside of the cill. Drill a small hope in the top. Fill with used engine oil. Leave for a few days. Drain off from power drain hole. Fills last longer .does work.

Its coming out great. I would think about the inside of that A pillar as it looks to be bare metal and unprotected. Maybe could have applied some protection. I think you can get stuff you can spray into the cavities that will do the same job 👍

To fill holes in or the edges of panels I drop it to Max 1. Gas is Argon at the moment but got some 90% Argon 10% Co2 on order.
