oh yeah fyi inventor boom was pretty great in standard in reno warrior with zilli which was probably the most defining deck in the format before brann got nuked (tho boom was the least relevant of all that decks wincons)

I love Hagatha so much! Her og card is still my favourite card to this day, but also her as a character. Witchwood was my favourite expansion because the flavour is exactly up my alley. I hope we'll see another witchy/spooky expansion soonish

Yes the new outro doesn't make me feel like I need to immediately mute my phone lol. Also that theme for Uldum is one of the best songs they've ever made for Hearthstone. I still use the gif of Reno flexing on top of the two camels' backs pretty often.

The most I've seen of Inventor Boom is to ressurect Zilliax but that was before the deepminer brann nerf to 8 mana. Now the majority of warriors I face play brann behind from board and die the turn after.

Another EVIL vs. explorers storyline, or at least one expansion, would be nice. Maybe with them each recruiting another member to account for the classes added since their first appearances, with the explorers getting a DH/Warlock (primarily DH) and EVIL getting a DK. My only concern would be making the new characters as appealing as the old - it's a high bar to clear, since they're all very endearing already.

@@FlareIsGone Good call, but I am a little conflicted on aranna's case, since on the one hand currently all the characters are of different races, and given how elf-centric wow tends to be it would feel a bit tone deaf. On the other hand, it would be a good way to make use of aranna's character with a natural progression, while also adding her to a storyline where she can have a bit more personality and not be as bland as she has been before.

I played from open Beta up until just before the release of The Boomsday Prjoect. The meta in Wild was frustrating (*coughShudderwockcough*) and when I saw that Boomsday wasn't going to be doing anything to really alleviate that I quit the game. Thankfully I came back during Sunken City, which was actually pretty fun despite being a super high rolling format, but I missed all of this storyline. Thankfully though that means that I also missed the Stormwind meta at its peak lol

Inventor Boom is weird because he kinda locks Mech Warrior into being another Control archetype which is unfortunate, I think.
